In this appeal by the mother of an award of custody to the father, the Second Department accepted my argument that Family Court possessed adequate relevant information to enable it to make an informed decision as to the best interests of the children without conducting a hearing, and the record supports a finding that it was in the children’s best interests for custody to be awarded to the father.
