In this criminal appeal where I wrote the brief on behalf of the Kings County District Attorneys Office, the Second Department accepted my argument that viewing the evidence in the light most favorable to the prosecution, the evidence was legally sufficient to establish the defendant’s guilt beyond a reasonable doubt and that verdict of guilt was not against the weight of the evidence
