Won Affirmance On Behalf Of Child Of Order That Restricted The Mother’s Travel Out Of The Country With The Child.
Matter of Bassuk v Bassuk, 93 AD3d 664 (2nd Dept. 2012)
In an appeal by the mother of an order that precluded her from traveling with the child until he reached the age of 8 and where I represented the child on appeal, the Second Department accepted my arguments that the mother sought to travel with the child to Brazil and that the mother failed to meet her burden on her application of establishing that travel before the age of eight would be in the child’s best interests.
