Matter of Ra El v Aroepa-Hughley, 151 AD3d 974 (2nd Dept 2017)

In this child custody proceeding where I represented the child, the Second Department accepted my arguments that testimony, forensic expert and in camera interview of the child all supported Family Court’s determination that the child’s best interests would be served by awarding sole legal and residential custody of the child to the father.
