Matter of Tercjak v Tercjak, 49 AD3d 772 (2nd Dept 2008)

In an appeal by the mother of an order granting the father’s petition to change custody where I represented the children in Family Court and on appeal, the Second Department accepted my argument that there is a sound and substantial basis in the record for the Family Court’s award of sole physical and legal custody to the father.
